Before Conditions
I have a kitchen separated by a wall with some closets and another wall separating a 'dining room'. Electrical outlets and wall switches are poorly placed. I have an old parquet wood floor that is tar'd to the concrete below.

After Conditions
I'd like the wall and closets and the other wall to be removed and nicely finished. The old kitchen cabinets will need to be removed. For now, I will keep the appliances. I'd like a channel cut through the concrete ceiling to place an overhead fixture in the living room, and the wall switch in the kitchen to be moved. There is one outlet in one of the removed walls that will need to be worked into a structural support post (it can be seen in the image above.) I'd like solid, wide plank floors. I'm not sure if the old floor will have to be removed, or the new one can be placed ontop of it. All baseboards will need to be replaced. I'm flexible with start and end dates, but I will be living here through the renovation. The image above shows the same floor plan with the walls reconfigured. I am not looking for the kitchen to be installed.

Description:
I have an oddly cut up kitchen / living room combo that I'd like to open up into a single space. I'm looking for demo, electrical and wall building. I also would like to put a new wood floor in.
